SmartSheet & DocuSign Both Announce Plans for IPO

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great week and, if you celebrate Passover or Easter, that you had a wonderful holiday as well. Last week was a big one for IPOs in the SaaS world, as both SmartSheet and DocuSign announce their intent to become public companies. They're not the same on the same scale as Spotify and DropBox - but still big wins in SaaS nonetheless. We'll also dive into Microsoft's reorganization. The giant has restructured itself to place more emphasis on Azure and its SaaS products. Microsoft still views Windows as an important component of their portfolio - but they have their eyes set on the cloud. Not that it's of any surprise, but with the impending IPOs of two more SaaS companies and Microsoft's re-emphasis on the cloud, it's clear that the SaaS market has been in a good place and will continue to be for some time.
